Since its establishment in 2007, the Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) has served as Taiwan's only national-level standard for evaluating the quality of training and development programs. Over the past 17 years, more than 20,000 companies and training institutions have participated in TTQS assessments. This system fosters a positive cycle in talent development across the country by providing organizations with evaluations that highlight strengths and areas for improvement in their training processes, along with recommendations for continuous enhancement.

陽明交大AI腦瘤偵測獲TFDA批准 國內首款 多腦瘤智慧醫材

今(2)日，陽明交大宣布，其自行研發的AI腦瘤輔助偵測系統和等速肌力試驗評估系統兩項醫材，已正式取得衛福部上市許可。此款AI腦瘤輔助偵測系統，可協助針對聽神經瘤、腦膜瘤與腦轉移瘤等三種主要腦癌的磁振造影(MRI)進行判讀，是國內首見針對多種腦瘤自動偵測與圈註的智慧醫材軟體。研發此AI技術的生醫光電研究所教授吳育德表示，過去，腦腫瘤的檢測仰賴醫師檢視影像並手動圈註，在放射治療前，醫師通常得審視大量的影像資料來評估腫瘤體積、位置、有無水腫等病理特徵。


研究團隊將從臺北榮總與臺中榮總取得超過20萬張的二維影像，給人工智慧學習後，才能克服目前臨床磁振造影影像軸向與平面解析度不同，不同腫瘤類型與大小位置不一等難題，讓人工智慧能正確判讀腦瘤，可大幅縮減臨床治療所需成本。另一項獲得核可的醫材為針對幼童及中風長者的口腔等速肌力試驗評估系統，可以用來解決臨床上對於唇肌力復健的需求，協助患者進行有效的唇肌力訓練。


推動醫療器材商品化的陽明交大創新醫材轉譯研發中心主任林峻立教授表示，大學常是醫材設計研發的火車頭，但過去只有業者才能申請查驗登記，影響商品化的時程。林峻立進一步表示，《醫療器材管理法》鬆綁後，讓大學除了研發外也可以兼為醫材業者，有益促成更多研發成果商品化，朝臨床落地應用的目標邁進。陽明交大表示，創新醫材轉譯研發中心今年4月才以3D列印下顎骨板技術，通過食藥署「醫療器材品質管理系統」(Quality Management System, 簡稱QMS)。陽明交大成為同時擁有醫材品質管理系統，第一級與第二級醫材許可的首間大學。林峻立表示，為了提升大學醫材研發品質，替民間創造價值與技轉機會，陽明交大將先以醫用軟體及輔具醫材為主軸，藉由臨床驗證、法規、品質確認及商業化的一條龍服務，協助加速醫材開發，建構各類型產品的QMS，並取得查驗登記。
